In central Minnesota, more data needs to be collected about the consumption and waste habits of the local population as well as the businesses and industries in the region. Each survey takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. All survey responses submitted by April 18 will be entered into a drawing to win one of three Minnesota Farmers Market Cookbooks!
