Members of the Party Affairs Committee (PAC) 

Members are elected by DFL party members. Each Congressional District elects two members, the State Central Committee (SCC) elects 11 at-large members (at least four of whom reside outside the Twin Cities Metro Area), and the State Executive Committee (SEC) elects 2 at-large members. No alternates are elected. Additionally, the State DFL Party Chair and the DFL Training and Party Affairs Director are both ex officio members of the committee.

Each election must achieve equal division by gender identity. Any vacancies must be filled so that the entire committee achieves equal division by gender identity.

All elected committee members serve a two-year term of office commencing at the adjournment of the first State Central Committee meeting following each State Convention held in even-numbered years. The term of office expires upon the adjournment of that same meeting two years later.
