Class Helpers & Student Assistants
Class Helpers (Parent Volunteers)
When you arrive, check in at the security table. You will be given a lanyard or name tag to wear, as well as a clipboard with line-up notes and procedures.
Supervise the class you are assigned to, help with costume changes, supervise students to the bathroom, and help them line up when they are called backstage.
Drop off the class at the STAGE LEFT DOOR. Meet them on the OTHER SIDE (stage right) of the stage and lead them back to their dressing room.
Please make sure children are not running in and out of the gym area.

Student Assistants
Assistants for all classes are required to be at the show that their class is dancing in. All PRE-SCHOOL assistants will be on stage with your class, so they can follow along. Talk to the class teacher for more details.
