Cartmill River Estates, Texas

Cartmill River Estates is my first ever scratch made map, based roughly on a rural community in the Pineywoods of Texas.
The map includes only two paved roads (including the main highway), roughly 35 dirt roads and over 300 unique properties

The map Features:

• Two paved roads (including the main highway)

• Rougly 35 dirt roads roads

• 300 unique properties

• Wiki documentation (lore, etc)

• Night lighting & plenty of open garages

• A Farm/Ranch property

• An old gas station and an old grocery store that's been converted into a mechanic shop

• Local volunteer fire department

• Local volunteer police department

• Tons of vehicle skins related to the map

• Much more

The size is ~3.6 Sqaure Miles~

The map has been work-in-progress since it began in january of 2024 and is still far from being finished.

The main purpose of the map is RP with my homies, due to this, I'm not sure if I even will release it.
