Property Retreival

An appointment with our office is required to retreive property. In order to retreive your property you must:

• Be the person on the loan or have authorization through the lien holder

• Make an Appointment - Appointments are made Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am-2:30pm

Note: We have multiple locations. The location of your vehicle will be shared in your appointment             confirmation email. If you do not wait for the confirmation email before coming to our      

            location you will run the risk of being at the wrong lot. 

What you need to bring with you when you come to redeem your vehicle:

• Photo ID

• Keys to the vehicle (if you have not already surrendered them)

• All fees are due at the time of retreival in exact cash (If applicable)
