Where are you located?
We have multiple locations in Long Island, the boroughs of NYC and Westchester. The full address will be in your appointment confirmation email. If you do not wait for the confirmation email before coming to our location you will run the risk of being at the wrong lot.
Are my license plates still on my vehicle?
NYS law has recently changed. NY Plates only (any out of state plates will remain with personal belongings) will be returned to DMV after the 10th day from date of repossession. Please call or use the Contact Us tab if you're vehicle was repossessed longer than 10 days ago.
After I pay my lien holder am I responsible for any other fees?

What if I want someone else to pick up my vehicle or personal belongings?
We are only permitted to release the vehicle and personal belongings to the person(s) on the loan. If you would like to authorize someone else this would need to be done through your lien holder.
Once my lien holder says my vehicle is released, how long before you receive it?
This may vary by lien holder. A release can take up to 45 minutes-1 hour for it to be processed and sent to us
Can I go to my vehicle to empty out the belongings?
Due to company and insurance policies you are not able to go to the vehicle. All belongings are placed into tote bins with provided bags and brought out to you
Can I remove my speaker box and amp that are wired into the vehicle?
Due to lien holder and company policy we are not permitted to remove anything that is bolted or wired into the vehicle.
What happens to my belongings if my vehicle is no longer on your lot?
All personal belongings are removed and stored in tote bins inside a secured cage. You have sixty (60) days to redeem your personal belongings.
