Fellows spend two years embedded as full-time teachers in under-served schools, expanding the educational opportunities of their students while expanding their capacity as leaders. They leave the program not only having directly affected the lives of hundreds of disadvantaged students but also with the conviction and the skills to lead change through high-impact careers in the public, corporate, or development sectors in Bangladesh.
