I am a Ph.D. student in the Materials department at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).  Before joining UCSB, I earned two master’s degrees: a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Master of Technology in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. I began my engineering and research pursuits with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi, graduating in 2019. 

My areas of interest include: Computational Mechanics, Photo-Responsive Materials, Crystal Plasticity, Finite Element Analysis, and Phase-field Method.

I am an avid traveller who likes to visit new places, explore new cultures, and try new cuisines.
