By accessing or using Develops, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. About the App
Develops is a platform created by AJ Developers Team to:
- Submit project requests
- Communicate with developers
- Track request and project status
- Discuss app, website, software, UI/UX, bug fixing, and related IT services
3. User Responsibilities
By using the app, you agree:
- To provide accurate and complete information
- To submit genuine project requests
- Not to misuse the app or services
- Not to send illegal, abusive, harmful, misleading, copyrighted, or offensive content
- Not to impersonate another person or business
You are responsible for the information you provide in project requests and chats.
4. Project Requests
Submitting a request does NOT guarantee project acceptance.
Projects are reviewed and accepted based on factors including:
- Scope of work
- Budget
- Technical feasibility
- Timeline expectations
- Project clarity
- Team availability
AJ Developers Team reserves the right to reject any request without obligation to provide service.
5. Project Discussions & Information
Users may provide project-related information such as:
- Project requirements
- Features and functionality
- Technical preferences
- UI/UX preferences
- Existing project details
- Bug descriptions
- Source code availability
- Reference apps, websites, or designs
You confirm that any information or materials shared are lawful and that you have the right to share them.
6. Payments
Payments are handled manually through methods agreed during communication, including UPI, email, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed options.
Typical payment structure may include:
- Up to 40% advance payment before work begins
- Remaining payments based on project milestones or completion
Payment structure may vary depending on project requirements.
An email receipt may be provided after each successful payment.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled based on work completed, project stage, and agreements made during project discussion.
Partial or full refunds may or may not apply depending on the situation.

8. Timeline & Delivery
Estimated timelines are provided based on project requirements.
Timelines may change due to:
- Scope changes requested by the client
- Delayed communication or approvals
- Missing content or materials from the client
- Technical issues or third-party delays
- Unexpected development complexity
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines unless specifically agreed in writing.
9. Client Content & Intellectual Property
You must own or have permission to use all content shared with us, including:
- Images
- Logos
- Designs
- Videos
- Text
- Brand materials
- Third-party assets
AJ Developers Team is not responsible for copyright violations caused by materials provided by clients.
10. Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Project ownership is generally transferred after full payment
- Unpaid work, drafts, source files, concepts, or internal systems remain the property of AJ Developers Team
- Third-party licenses and services remain subject to their own terms
11. Portfolio Permission
We will showcase completed projects in our portfolio only with your permission.
Without permission, your project will not be publicly displayed.
12. No Guarantee
AJ Developers Team does NOT guarantee:
- App or business success
- Downloads or installs
- Revenue or profits
- Rankings
- Marketing performance
- Play Store or App Store approval
- Third-party service approval
Success depends on multiple factors outside our control.
13. Limitation of Liability
AJ Developers Team shall not be responsible for:
- Indirect losses
- Business interruption
- Revenue loss
- Data loss
- Third-party platform issues
- Delays caused by external services
Our maximum responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, where legally applicable.
14. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app or services if a user:
- Misuses the platform
- Violates these terms
- Engages in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity
15. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kerala, India.
