By using this app, you agree to these terms.
2. About the App
Develops is used to:
- Submit project requests
- Chat with developers
- Track project status
3. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To provide correct information
- Not to misuse the app
- Not to send illegal or harmful content
4. Project Requests
Submitting a request does NOT guarantee acceptance.
Projects are accepted based on:
- Scope
- Budget
- Feasibility
- Availability
5. Payments
Payments are handled manually (UPI/email/discussion).
Typical structure:
- Up to 40% advance before starting
- Remaining based on milestones
Email receipt will be provided after each payment.
6. Refunds
Handled based on work completed.

7. Timeline
Timelines may change due to:
- Scope changes
- Delays from client
- Technical issues
8. Client Content
You must have rights to all content you provide.
9. Ownership
After full payment, project ownership is generally transferred (unless otherwise agreed).
10. Portfolio
We will show your project only with your permission.
11. No Guarantee
We do NOT guarantee:
- App success
- Downloads
- Revenue
- Play Store approval
12. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses.
13. Termination
We may block users for misuse.
14. Changes
Terms may be updated anytime.
15. Governing Law
Kerala, India laws apply.
