1. Payment Structure
Typical:
- Up to 40% advance
- Remaining after milestones
Email receipt will be provided after each payment.
2. Cancellation Before Work
Full or near-full refund may be given.
3. Cancellation After Work Starts
Partial refund only, based on work completed.
4. No Refund Cases
No refund if:
- Work is completed
- Client approved work
- Major work already done
- Scope changed by client
- Delays caused by client
5. Scope Changes
Extra features = extra charges.

7. Refund Method
Refund via agreed method.
8. Fair Policy
Client should not pay for unfinished work.
Developers should be paid for completed work.
