Reserved for Commanders’ In-College Scholarships (CICS) offered to cadets pursuing a technical major. It pays 100 percent tuition and authorized fees at any public or private institution with an Air Force ROTC detachment. Recipients also receive a monthly living expense stipend and an annual book stipend.
If you’re interested in becoming a nurse, Air Force ROTC offers the Nursing Scholarship Program on a competitive basis to undergraduate sophomores and juniors. Applicants must be accepted to a nursing program at a college or university accredited by the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC) or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

The Karen Jo Curtis Memorial Scholarship: One $1000
Description:
The Karen Jo Curtis Memorial Scholarship honors Karen Jo Curtis by awarding a scholarship to a deserving Air Force ROTC cadet. Karen would have graduated May 1987 and commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. Karen had a dream of flying jets and was preparing to get her private pilot's license in the summer of 1986. Sadly, Karen died in an accident in the summer of 1986 at the age of 25. Karen's legacy is being carried on at ASU through the annual award of this scholarship in her name. Submit nomination MFR to the google form NLT 7 Apr. Eligibility:
- Junior or Senior by ASU standards (Scholarship spring award/ fall disbursed. A senior awarded must graduate by Dec the following semester).
- Must show some evidence of financial need.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50.
- Must meet all physical and academic requirements

The Air Force Endowment Scholarship: One $1200
Description:

Eligibility:
- Must be a Freshman or Sophomore by ASU standards
- Enrolled full time in the Air Force ROTC program.
- Award based on overall military and academic performance in the Detachment.
- Financial need is not a factor.
