GlobalAir.com is passionate about supporting the future of aviation. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide $1,000 annually to four American students who are dedicated to blogging on a weekly basis about flight training, flying, school and their interest in aviation. Applicants must be U.S. citizens currently enrolled in a fully accredited university aviation program (Commercial Aviation, Professional Pilot, Aviation Management, Airport Management, etc.) within the United States. The program is a college scholarship opportunity for undergraduate college students who are working to improve the social determinants of health in their communities through volunteer work, student-led organizations and more. This year, five undergraduate students will each be awarded a $5,000 scholarship, and the scholarship will be dispersed directly to the students to use towards their education expenses. To be eligible, applicants must: be a female; be enrolled as an undergraduate (2nd year or above) or masters student at a North American university for the current school year; intend to be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or masters student at a university for the upcoming school year; be majoring in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related technical field; have demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities; maintain a strong academic record; and, not have a relative at Adobe. The Military Commanders' Scholarship Fund is administered by Scholarship America, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship, tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.
