Lieutenant Colonel Graham is the commander of the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 550 and a Professor of Aerospace Studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. He is responsible for recruiting, educating, training, and developing officer candidates for the United States Air Force.
Lieutenant Colonel Graham received his commission through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps upon graduating from Cornell University in 2001. As an F-15E Strike Eagle Weapon Systems Officer, Lt Col Graham has flown and instructed in operational squadrons, formal training unit squadrons, and Introduction to Fighter Fundementals. He holds a rating of master WSO with more than 2700 fighter hours and has flown over 200 combat sorties in operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Noble Eagle.

Lt. Col. Kristen A. Gibson is an Assistant Professor of Air and Space Studies (APAS), Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Detachment 550, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In this role, Lt. Col. Gibson recruits, trains, motivates and counsels highly-qualified young men and women as prospective Air Force officers.
Lt. Col. Gibson graduated from Pace University in Westchester, New York and was commissioned in May 2003 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 560, Bronx, New York, as a Force Support Officer. She has ten years experience on Active Duty, and a combined seven years experience as a government civilian, Air Force Reservist and Air National Guardsman. Additionally, Lt. Col. Gibson deployed in support of the Army during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM.

Captain Joshua J. Lavin is the Recruiting Officer, Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps (AFROTC), Detachment 550, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). In this role, Capt Lavin recruits, trains, motivates and counsels highly-qualified young men and women as prospective Air Force Officers.
Captain Lavin earned his commission in 2014 through RPI at AFROTC Detachment 550, as a cadet studying Business. Capt Lavin has held several leadership positions, both in and outside the Squadron as a Contracting Officer. He was previously stationed in Japan and Oklahoma, in addition to a deployment overseas. Prior to his current position, Captain Lavin was the Contracting Military Lead for VC-25A at Tinker Air Force Base, OK.

Technical Sergeant Charles D. Gresham is the NCOIC, Personnel Programs at the University of Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is responsible for the overall management of information and operations lifestyle. Through creating and maintaining information file results in the annual commissioning of officers into the Air and Space Forces who are fully prepared and equipped to excel across a myriad of leadership assignments. Additionally, he is responsible for providing personnel support to the Commander, cadre, and cadets.
Sergeant Gresham was raised in Atlanta, Ga, where he graduated from Stone Mountain High School prior to joining the Air Force in 2006.
Prior to this assignment, he served as the Section Chief, Commander Support Staff of the 17th Special Tactics Squadron, located at Fort Benning AIN, Ga.

Staff Sergeant Ryan P. Lewis is the NCOIC, Administration Programs at Rensselear Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY. He is responsible for the overall effectiveness of administration functions to include monitoring cadet pay, records and awards. He also manages cadet life-cycle actions such as medical, physical, enlistments, and commissioning, and is responsible for providing support to the Commander as well as the cadets.
Originally from New London, Connecticut, SSgt Lewis enlisted in the Air Force in 2014 and his background includes various roles in both of the administrative management field. Prior to entering the Air Force, Staff Sergeant Lewis worked in Theatre Management in New London, CT.
