This semester Physical Training will be led by Cadet Fourie and Cadet Ramirez. The PT plan was designed with Fresno State's Kinesiology interns to help us all achieve maximum gains. PT will be held every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 0545.
BULLDAWG CHALLENGE
This semester the PFO team is also implementing a weekly challenge to motivate Cadets to work out on the days when there is no PT. This flight challenge will start every week on Friday (0900) and end COB Monday. On Tuesday, Warrior Points will be awarded to each flight based on their rankings. One type of exercise will be chosen per week (ex. push-ups), and Cadets from each flight will do as many repetitions of this exercise as possible throughout the weekly challenge and submit the number of repetitions they performed through the Google Form below. Additionally, the individual that does the most amount of repetitions of that exercise compared to everyone else in the Detachment will be announced every Tuesday and will be awarded the title "DAWG of the Week." Their picture will be posted on the bulletin board and on the website.
