Trust is foundational to my process. Due to asking clients to share sensitive documents like bank statements, please share the documents using a secure portal or encryption to my email address, DeStefanoFinancialSnapshot@outlook.com by following one of the options below:
PDF: send password-protected PDFs and share the password separately (e.g., via text or phone)
Outlook: To send an encrypted email in Outlook, navigate to the "Options" tab in a new email message, then select "Encrypt". Choose the desired encryption level, such as "Encrypt-Only" or "Do Not Forward". Compose your email and click "Send".
Gmail: To send an encrypted email in Gmail, 1) Compose a new email in Gmail, 2) Click the lock icon with a clock at the bottom of the compose window 3) Set expiration date for the email 4) SMS passcode (optional): If enabled, the recipient must enter a code sent via text 5) Click Save, then Send.
Other Options: If you do not have Outlook, Gmail or do not have a method of sending an encrypted email, I can send you an encrypted email using Outlook, whereby you will receive a link to view the message and attachments securely.
All client documents are stored securely in Microsoft OneDrive, a trusted cloud platform used by businesses worldwide. Files are encrypted, backed up, and accessible only through secure, authenticated access, so your personal information stays protected and private.

Once you've submitted your documents and completed the Spending Snapshot Survey, I begin crafting your personalized Financial Snapshot. This process typically takes up to 5 business days.

Your Financial Snapshot will be delivered via secure email within 5 business days of receiving your materials.
After delivery, we’ll schedule a 30-minute debrief session to walk through your snapshot together. We’ll make sense of the numbers, highlight key patterns, and compare your actual spending to your self-assessed priorities from the survey.
📧 Delivery
You’ll receive your Financial Snapshot as a branded PDF or spreadsheet via email, along with a link to book your debrief call.
💳 Payment
I kindly ask that payment be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your snapshot.
Accepted forms of payment will be included in the delivery email (e.g., Venmo, check, or other secure options).
