I am a second generation woodworker. Growing up I loved hanging out with my dad. Sometimes that meant going to work with him. From a young age I would go to my dad's wood shop,  and while he was working so was I, at least in my mind I was. If i wasn't cutting things out on the band saw or nailing things together I was making a mess playing in saw dust before sweeping it up. Then, as I got older, I would work with him on construction sites, in the shop building cabinets with him, or as a finish carpenter cutting and laying trim. 

All of those years lead to my passion to want to create things from natural wood. I remember walking through the store and asking what type of wood each one was as we passed the different varieties. I was amazed at the beauty of the different colors and grains there were. Now I use those colors and grains and natural beauty to enhance my designs.
