By downloading or using DeskTimer 95 (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
DeskTimer 95 is a timer and productivity app designed to help users manage countdown sessions, work and break intervals, and related settings through a simple and retro-inspired interface.
The App may include features such as:
Countdown timer setup
Work and break session management
Repeating session presets
Saved timer preferences and app settings
Sound effects, alerts, or timer completion sounds
Visual customization such as themes, background styles, or display settings
Optional premium features or ad removal purchases (if available)
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.
DeskTimer 95 is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions or system features, such as:
Internet access (for ads, billing, analytics, or optional remote content)
Vibration or haptic-related device features (if enabled)
Notification-related features (if the App provides alerts, reminders, or timer completion notifications)
Photos / Media / Storage access (only if the App provides save, export, screenshot, backup, or share features that require file access)
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data or systems
Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable law
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any settings, presets, exported content, screenshots, or shared content you choose to create, save, or store through the App.
DeskTimer 95 is provided as a general utility and productivity app for convenience only. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that timers, countdowns, session tracking, sounds, saved presets, visual customization, or related features will always be perfectly available or error-free on all devices and in all situations.
The App is not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for any decisions, losses, missed deadlines, interruptions, disputes, or outcomes resulting from reliance on timer results, reminders, or information displayed by the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with local laws and platform policies.
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features (if applicable)
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits (if applicable)
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any loss of local settings, saved presets, timer configurations, cached data, session records, or customization data due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, or app crashes
Any timer interruptions, sound issues, display issues, feature interruptions, or unexpected behavior
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, notification services, sharing components, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself, for example through new features, bug fixes, UI changes, timer improvements, customization improvements, or performance improvements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
