Welcome to DeskTimer 95 (“we”, “our”, “us”). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application DeskTimer 95 (the “App”).
We do not collect, store, or share personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
To improve the app experience, we may collect limited, anonymous usage and technical data such as:
App version and device model
Basic interaction data (for example, timer starts, session completions, button taps, screen visits, preset usage, or setting changes)
Crash logs and performance analytics (through Google Play services, Firebase, or similar tools, if used)

DeskTimer 95 may store app content such as:
Timer duration settings
Work and break session settings
Repeating session presets

On-device Storage: These records are stored locally on your device.
No Upload by Us: We do not upload your saved settings, presets, timer preferences, or customization choices to our own servers.
Sharing is User-Initiated: If you choose to export, copy, save, back up, or share content, that content is handled by the destination app or service under its own privacy policy.
DeskTimer 95 may store the following information locally on your device:
App settings and preferences (for example, language, vibration settings, timer settings, sound settings, or UI preferences)
Local caches and app resources used for faster loading
This information is stored only on your device using local storage technologies such as SharedPreferences, local databases, or similar methods. We do not sync this data to our own servers.
If the App displays ads through Google AdMob or similar ad networks, those providers may collect advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to show personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
The App may also use Google Play Billing or similar services to process in-app purchases, such as removing ads or unlocking premium features. Billing data, including purchase history, is handled by Google according to its own policies. We do not receive your full payment details.
If enabled, the App may use notifications, vibration, haptics, sounds, animations, or similar device features to provide timer alerts, session feedback, or improve the user experience.
These features operate on your device and are not used by us to collect personal data.
If the App provides copy, export, screenshot, save, backup, or share-related features, copied or shared content is handled through system services on your device. We do not receive clipboard contents or exported files.
We do not store user data on our own servers. App settings, local presets, caches, and saved customization preferences are stored locally on your device.
No personal data is transmitted externally by us, aside from what is handled by third-party services such as ads, analytics, and billing under their own policies.
We take reasonable measures within the scope of a mobile app to protect the data stored on your device, but you are also responsible for keeping your device secure.
The App may use third-party services that can collect information used to identify you or your device. These may include, but are not limited to:
Google AdMob – for displaying ads
Google Play Services / Firebase – for analytics, crash reporting, or diagnostics (if used)
Google Play Billing – for handling in-app purchases

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
