Hello! We're Vicki & Noah and we started our balloon business during the pandemic in the beginning of 2020. We first created a balloon arch in 2019 for our niece's 1st birthday party and ever since then we've been making garlands for family, friends, and you guys!

Designs by Vicki is a team of two so hopefully we get to decorate for your next event!
