Onboarding Workshop

An onboarding workshop was conducted by engineers from the company for third-year students, focusing on how to use the machines and their maintenance. The workshop provided hands-on training, where the students learned about the machinery’s functions, safety protocols, and essential maintenance procedures.Post workshop Students had an opportunity to explore the machine with their own designs

Inauguration of Design Forge Lab

7 August 2024

The School of Design at Doon University started the DesignForge Lab on August 7, 2024. The lab founded and headed by Dr. Dhriti Dhaundiyal was officially opened by Prof. Surekha Dangwal, Vice Chancellor of Doon University. A laser cutting studio was inaugurated at Room 223, Academic Block III, and was a great start to a new chapter in design at the university.
