A 50% non refundable deposit is required to begin all custom orders.  Remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping

Turnaround times vary based on workload and project type.  Rush services may be available for an additional fee. 

Local pickup is available.  Shipping charges are calculated separately and carrier delays are beyond our control

Clients must carefully review and approve all mockups before production.  Designed by DeNae is not responsible for errors after approval.

Two minor revisions are included.  Additional revisions may incur extra fees and extend turnaround time

Customers are responsible for obtaining permissions to use logos, trademarks, and copyrighted images submitted for printing.
