#DesignCamp was founded by innovative education leaders Dr. Kaleb Rashad (High Tech High, San Diego, CA) and Dr. Eric Chagala (Vista Innovation & Design Academy, San Diego, CA) to introduce educators to the power of human-centered design and “spread more goodness on the world” – for free!
DesignCampCLE began in 2020 as a collaboration between Lakeland's Teachers Guild and HIVE Makerspace. We are a group of educators, makers, design thinkers, students, innovators, artists, and solution finders dedicated to improving the human experience at Lakeland, in Lake County, and in our region.
