BACKGROUND
Desasiswa Restu is a student residential college located at the main campus of Universiti Sains Malaysia in the heart of Pulau Pinang. The college has two separate blocks for both male and female students respectively. With nearly 2,000 students living here annually, the college is known for its massive programmes and activities.
MPDR acts as an organization that represents Desasiswa Restu residents. It is headed by a different leadership team every academic session to provide opportunities for residents to showcase their skills.
MPDR helps the management of Desasiswa Restu in managing issues related to students. Through MPDR, residents can voice their concerns to the management regarding any problems they face
