How do I get started?
Open the app, choose your units, and set up your well. Every calculator then pre-fills from that well. You only change what is different today.
Do I need an account?
No. DERRICK has no account and no sign-in. Everything works on your device.
What does DERRICK Pro include?
Unlimited wells, full history, export and reports, unlimited AI, and specialist modules. You can restore a previous purchase from Settings, Restore Purchases.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open Settings in the app and tap Manage Subscription, or go to your Apple Account settings. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your wells and calculations stay on your device. The only time anything is sent off device is when you use an AI feature, which sends your question and the relevant well context to Anthropic to generate a response. See our Privacy Policy.
Is DERRICK a substitute for procedure?
No. DERRICK assists calculation. It does not replace your company well-control procedures, the well program, or the judgment of the on-site supervisor. Always verify independently before acting.
