The new JDELL is here. We are moving away from analogue (paper) and going to digital (computer). That doesn't mean we will never write anything again, but we'll be typing a lot more. So, the computer can fix your spelling and you don't need to worry about your handwriting. This also means you can do voice typing which is really cool and fast!!!

To do all of these things we'll need some tools:

• You will need a computer that has a keyboard. You can use a cellphone or a tablet but in my experience it takes very long, unless you are using voice typing.
• You will also need something that can record and upload your voice, like a cellphone or you can buy a microphone for your computer (from $150 to $800 if you want to be super cool).
• Lastly you will need a web-cam or again a simple smart-phone that has a camera if you want to join in video quiz classes.

Most of you have these things, but if you don't, it's OK. We can still have class with pen and paper. The point of using the technology is to give you more and better practice in English.

Software

We will be using Google's software. It is free and works on iPhone or iPad, Android phone or pad, Windows computer, Linux computer and even in Google Chrome browser.

"But they don't work on my computer"...
