Events 2024-25

Department of Home Science organized Essay Competition on the 'Mote Anaj evam Uske Poshkman' on 20-9-2024. Students of B.A. First , Third and Fifth Semester took participation in the above event. 

Result are as follows-

1. First Position- Tripti Aggrawal- B.A. 5th Semester

2. Second Position - Tanuja Pandey- B.A. 1st Semester 

3. Third Position- Urmila- BA 1st Semester

A one day educational tour to KRC-Woollen , Ranikhet has been organized on 18-10-24 for the BA 5th Semester Home Science Students under the supervision of Ms Neetika, Assistant Professor, Home Science. Students got hands on experience on weaving, spinning, types of yarns , looms etc. Practical knowledge gained at such tours found to be very fruitful for the students.

On the occasion of Karwachauth, Department of Home Science organized Mehandi competition on 19-10-2024, in which B.A. students of 1st, 3rd and 5th semester participated. All the female Faculty of the college took great initiative in the programme and enjoyed the occasion to fullest.

Result of the competition were as follows-

1. First Position- Gayatri- B.A. 3 sem 

2. Second Position- Tripti Aggrawal- B.A. 5th Sem

3. Third Position- Lata Arya- B.A. 5th sem

Department of Home Science organized Alpana [Aalekh] Pratiyogita on 08-04-2025, in which students of B.A. 2nd, 4th and 6th Semester participated. Result of the event were as follows-

1. First Position- Tripti Aggrawal- B.A. 6th Semester

2. Second Position -Shobha- B.A. 2nd Semester

3. Third Position - Lata Arya - B.A. 6th Semester
