• Conducted a guidance lecture entitled " People participation in Rural Development' organized by Career Guidnace Unit, University of Jaffna (31.03.2021).

• Presented a seminar paper on the topic of “Dynamics of Land Tenure Systems among Tamils in Northern Sri Lanka: Changes and Continuities”, Department of Sociology, South Asian University, New Delhi, India, 2018.

• Participated the Conference on "Disability Studies in India Reflections on Future" 6-7 February, 2015, Center for the Study of Social Systems, JNU, New Delhi, India.

• Participated at a Workshop on Non-Violence “From Chaos to Community: An Introduction to Kingian Non- Violence” by Realizing the Dream, Inc, (U.S.A) during the Martin Luther King, Jr.commemorative exhibition "Justice Everywhere", The American Center, Colombo, March 7^th ,2010.

• Participated in the three Day’ Workshop on Career Guidance conducted by the Employment Creation, Promotion & Career Guidance division of The Department of Manpower and Employment In collaboration with The Career Guidance Unit of the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka Commenced on 29th November- 2011.
