How do I access the hall?

Contact the Caretaker for an access code to the key safe at least 2 days before your event

How do I pay for the hall?

Instructions for payment are included in the invoice

Can I bring a bouncy castle?

You may bring a bouncy castle. You will need to complete the relevant form. Check carefully the information in the Bouncy Castle Policy/Agreement found in Book the Hall. Check the dimensions of the hall. No refunds will be given if it is found you have booked a bouncy castle which will not fit in the hall

What if I want a bar to sell alcohol?

The hall cannot apply, you must apply  yourself for Temporary Event Notice

How do I reclaim my refundable deposit?

It is your responsibility to reclaim any Refundable Deposit you may have been charged. The relevant form can be found in Book the Hall

Can I keep the key?

No. You must never remove the key from the premises

Can I use someone else's key code?

No, you must always obtain and use your own access code from the Caretaker. If the hall is open when you arrive, you will need a code to replace the key in the key safe when you leave

What if I want to cancel?

Please check the Hire Conditions in the Booking Pack

Can I use the stage lighting system?
