DENNIS RUSH (B.A., University of Nebraska at Omaha; M.F.A., Goddard College) has spent many years in IT, from systems maintenance for the Air Force's Strategic Air Command to a CIO at a small college. He has taught graduate-level courses on leadership, policy, and system design at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. He credits his success with his ability to simplify processes and communicate complex technical subjects to a general audience. He now lives in Berlin Heights, Ohio.
