DENNIS RUSH (B.A. University of Nebraska at Omaha; M.F.A. Goddard College) writes poetry and is also a visual artist. He has been working on a musical project, creating songs from poetry from John Donne to Elizabeth Bishop which reveals the full musicality of distant poems. He grew up on a remote tobacco farm in Kentucky. He now lives in Staatsburg, New York and teaches at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
