✨ About the Roles:

These positions are ideal for someone who wants a flexible schedule and to make a positive impact in the lives of young children, while working in a fun, collaborative and supportive environment. They offer high quality care and learning experiences for young children, ages birth to 12 years. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support classroom environments that are interactive and supports social emotional and intellectual development. 

• Ensure safe and healthy classroom environments, which include an orderly room arrangement, a variety of age appropriate materials supporting all domains of development, and is free of hazardous conditions.

• Promote positive interactions among children.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with enrolled families.

• Focus on the holistic needs of children’s growth, education, and social emotional skills.

✅ Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Resident (as required by Alaska State Licensing)

• Able to pass an AK State background investigation

• A genuine desire to work with children

• Patient, creative, and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to complete required trainings and to get certified in CPR/First-Aid
