I love weight lifting. Especially to get stronger and more explosive.

Another gig that I do is to help the youth with building discipline through interaction and comradarey.

This picture is with my partner and with ONE FC's 3 time champion in Muay Thai. Going to seminars to learn how the top level athletes move is an amazing experience on top of practicing it.
