Plain or with vegetables (Veg+), simply follow our step by step recipe to create your perfect meal
Step 1 Cook white rice in rice cooker. Allow 1 cup of (uncooked) rice per person. Fortify the rice with 1½ tablespoons of canola or other vegetable oil.
Step 2 Prepare all other ingredients according to packet instructions (brown rice, lentils, quinoa, optional wild rice, tricolor quinoa). (Grains ratio 3Wr : 1Br : 1Ln : 1Q : ½Wildr).
Step 3 Combine all grains and lentils in mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup of vegetables to two cups of Delta Mix for Delta Mix Veg+ .
