Welcome to Delo ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application Delo (the "App") and constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Delo.

Delo is a sleep wellness and relaxation mobile application that provides:

• Calming sleep sounds and ambient audio

• Personalized sound mixes based on your preferences

• Premium subscription features

• Fade timer for gentle sound reduction

• Sound mix saving and management

• Sleep tracking and goal setting

• Lock screen controls for audio playback

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our App

• Users under 18 must have parental consent

• Users under 13 are prohibited from using the App

3.2 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited

3.3 Authentication

• Sign-in is available through Apple authentication

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials

• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access

4. Subscription Terms and Billing

4.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store

• Billing cycles are monthly or annual as selected

• Payment is charged to your App Store account

4.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

4.4 Free Trial

• Free trials may be offered for new subscribers

• Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled

• Only one free trial per user

4.5 Refunds

• Refund requests must be made through Apple App Store

• We do not process direct refunds

• Refund policies are subject to App Store terms

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• Creating and saving custom sound mixes

• Sharing saved mixes through provided features

• Create multiple accounts or fake accounts

• Share your account credentials with others

• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

• Extract, download, or redistribute audio content

• Upload malicious code or viruses

• Scrape or automatically collect data from the App

• Circumvent subscription or payment systems

• Record or redistribute our audio content
