I finished my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology in 2015 during which I worked as an intern and freelancer in HR and Consulting and as a research assistant at the University of Heidelberg. In 2016 I was invited to the Higher Order Cognition group at Stockholm University as a visiting researcher and received my Master's degree from the University of Jena in September 2017. Later that year I started my Ph.D. studies within the International Max Planck Research School of Uncertainty and the University of Jena under the supervision of Prof. Thomas Kessler and Prof. Christoph Engel that I succesfully defended in July 2021. From October to December 2018 I worked as a visiting researcher together with Prof. Stephen Wright at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. In September 2021 I started working at the Center for Criminological Research (ZKFS) as a postdoctoral researcher with Prof. Dr. Frank Asbrock.
