Leadership Onboarding

Welcome to the program. Expand this section if this is your first time to learn how to utilize this site.

This site will be utilized alongside our 2 day boot camp training. Please register for class as seats are limited. Hit the register now button and you will be signed up to receive information on when the next session will be held for you to attend. This program is designed for all new or newly promoted employees that will be responsible for employees. this would include any supervisory, management, training or leadership roles. The program is also available to existing employees, however the the new and newly promoted will receive priority access.

The expectation is that all Pre-Class material will be completed prior to our first day of training. While this is not an enormous amount of material to complete, it will be difficult if you wait till the last minute, so plan accordingly. Each exercise is broken down into 10-20 minute trainings.

Make sure you enter your name and email address on your completed training so we can give you credit for completion and we ask that you really take a moment and think about your open answer responses. This is not about completing a bunch of checklist items that are simply assigned to you, it is about contemplating the material and applying these lessons with your team.

A few things to note:

  • If you need or want to retake a training, you may need to enter the training in Incognito mode on your browser

  • Your responses could be shared with your supervisor or discussed while in in class

See you at the Historic Courthouse!

The trainings will begin promptly at 8:30 AM in the Historic Courthouse, 91 North Sandusky (Third Floor). The class will run the length of the day and will end around 4:00PM. A lunch break will be provided.

Please be a little early to get situated prior to class beginning. Bring a good attitude, an open mind and be prepared to participate in our discussions.
