DCEA & Leadership Onboarding

This page will be your gateway into two of our advanced Leadership and Development programs.

DCEA

The DCEA (Delaware County Employee Academy) is open to all employees currently in good standing that receive approval from their direct supervisor. It is a 9 week program that offers weekly training sessions and access to curated content covering a variety of Professional Development topics.

The program will run 4 times a year and does require some time commitment. Speak with your supervisor or reach out to us for additional information.

Leadership Onboarding

The Leadership Onboarding Program is built for all new employees going into a role that will be responsible for training, coaching and managing staff. It is also open to any existing employees who fall into this category as well. The Leadership Onboarding is a two day boot camp style event that focuses on a mix of leadership, policy and hard skill training.

If you are new to a leadership position with us, then this is designed for you. The expectation is that all employees who fall into this category join us for our next session. The support site can be found in the link and will host all of our Pre & Post class work and activities. You will also find the class registration form there.
