After completing your Rounding and Retention meetings, you will take that information to your supervisor to discuss the findings. Summarize into the three categories.
Green - Quick wins, things that can be accomplished right now
Yellow - Goals, things we can work towards with the intention of addressing
Red - Things that can't be addressed
IMPORTANT: Clearly and concisely communicate "WHY" these can't be addressed, while they may not like this response, they will have a better understanding of "WHY"
Once you are done, you will schedule a Team Meeting (including your supervisor) to discuss the results. The results should be easily accessible by all members of the team and Yellow Light items should be followed up on to give progress reports as they are worked towards.
