Who We Are

Community members from the Delano-Loretto area have recognized the needs for a local scholarship program to encourage and promote higher education for our students.  To help meet this growing need, The Delano Area Scholarship Association (DASA) was formed.  We are a local organization made up entirely of volunteers from the Delano-Loretto area. 

DASA was formed to grant scholarships to:

• Recognize our students' achievement in the school and community.

• Increase the amount of money available to local students for technical, community and four-year college.

• Coordinate and administer a local, non-profit scholarship program.

• Establish a sustaining fund for further scholarships.

• Demonstrate a commitment to our young people and promote life-long learning.
