INCOSE MS Teams Collaboration

Collaboration tool hosted on MS Teams. Best features and most convenience for those on work computers. Criteria for INCOSE Teams account is verification of your INCOSE membership status and verification with INCOSE working group leader that you are an active contributor to INCOSE work products. Exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis with working group leaders and INCOSE IT leadership.

Zoom

Meetings occur over zoom, but will eventually be moved over to Teams. Best way to check for availability for scheduling DEIX SF leads mtgs is to text each other. Once a day/time is confirmed by text, Celia schedules a Zoom mtg.

Google Drive

Issues with team members being unable to open documents on google drive. Currently migrating out of google drive and over to the INCOSE MS Teams.

OMG Wiki

Does not allow for collaboration. Just web-hosting

ISO Collaboration sites

Limited to only ISO members

3DX Platform

does that require we have to install 3DX or is it completely web-based

Yammer

Experimental. Not a tool for collaborating on documents.
