These terms are between you and Cemal Ataklı, an individual developer in Türkiye ("we", "us"), for the mobile game Deep Otters ("the game"). By installing or playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Contact: ataklistore@gmail.com.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live (usually 18), you need a parent or guardian's permission, especially to make purchases. We may block access if we learn that you are under 13.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use, under these terms and the rules of your app store. All rights in the game (code, art, sounds, names, characters) stay with us or our licensors.
You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile the game (except where the law allows); cheat, tamper with the save data or the purchase system, or use bots or tools that give an unfair advantage; sell or share accounts or items; abuse support or other players.
For iOS, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Licensed Application EULA) applies in addition to these terms; if they conflict, the Apple standard EULA governs on points it covers. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no duty to give support or warranty for the game. For Android, Google Play's Terms of Service apply. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these terms where their rules say so.
Coins, pearls, Compass Stars, shards, captains, cosmetics and other in-game items are virtual items. They:
have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services outside the game;
are a limited license to use inside the game, not property you own;
cannot be transferred, sold or traded;
may be changed, rebalanced or removed in updates (for example, we may compensate you if a captain is removed);
are lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data, because progress is saved only on your device, unless a store lets you restore a purchase (section 6).
Prices in pearls are shown in the game. Items that give random results, such as Captain Chests, show their drop rates on the Odds and Support page. In Belgium and Brazil, Captain Chests can be opened only with pearls you earn by playing, not with purchased pearls.
Real-money purchases are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown in your currency, including taxes where they apply. Pearl packs are consumable: once used, they are gone. Some purchases (for example "Remove Ads", "x2 Income", "Auto Gifts", "Starter Crate") are one-time and can be restored. On restore, the one-time value in the Starter Crate (pearls and income boost) is not granted again; only the captain is.
By buying digital content that is delivered immediately, you agree it starts right away and, where the law allows, you give up the statutory right of withdrawal for it.
Use "Restore purchases" in the Shop with the same Apple ID or Google account. Entitlements are tied to your store account, not to us. We cannot restore game progress itself (see section 4).
VIP is an auto-renewing weekly subscription (listed price per week in your store).
Free trial: new subscribers who are eligible get a 3-day free trial. The store shows if you are eligible. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
Auto-renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation (or at the end of the trial). The subscription renews each week unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
Manage or cancel: iOS: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Android: Google Play, Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. Deleting the game does not cancel the subscription.
Any unused part of a free trial is lost when you buy a subscription, where the store applies that rule.
We do not process payments, so refunds are handled by the store: Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (support.google.com/googleplay). Your legal consumer rights are not affected. We are happy to help you with the request if you email us.
Ads may be shown to players aged 13 and over. Rewarded videos are optional. The "Remove Ads" purchase removes interstitial and banner ads. We are not responsible for ad content from third parties, but you can report problems to us.
We may update, change, pause or stop the game or any feature (including events, leagues, store items) at any time. Some features need an internet connection. Opponents in leagues may include simulated crews.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end your license if you break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer, you may also use consumer arbitration committees or courts of your place of residence, and mandatory consumer protection rules of your country continue to apply. EU consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution options where available.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept it; if the change is significant we will tell you in advance.

En az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Yaşadığınız yerde reşit değilseniz (genellikle 18), özellikle satın alımlar için ebeveyn veya vasinizin izni gerekir. 13 yaşından küçük olduğunuzu öğrenirsek erişimi engelleyebiliriz.
Size, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda oyunu ticari olmayan amaçla yüklemek ve oynamak için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Bu koşullar ve mağaza kurallarınız geçerlidir. Oyunun tüm hakları (kod, görsel, ses, isim, karakter) bizde veya lisans verenlerimizdedir.
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz: oyunu kopyalamak, değiştirmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak (yasanın izin verdiği haller hariç); hile yapmak, kayıt verisine veya satın alma sistemine müdahale etmek, haksız avantaj sağlayan bot veya araç kullanmak; hesap veya öğe satmak ya da paylaşmak; destek hattını ya da diğer oyuncuları kötüye kullanmak.
iOS'ta bu koşullara ek olarak Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (Licensed Application EULA) geçerlidir; çelişki halinde kapsadığı konularda Apple'ın standart sözleşmesi esas alınır. Metne apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz. Apple bu koşulların tarafı değildir ve oyun için destek veya garanti verme yükümlülüğü yoktur. Android'de Google Play Hizmet Şartları geçerlidir. Apple ve Google, kurallarının öngördüğü durumlarda bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarlarıdır.
Altın, inci, Pusula Yıldızı, parça, kaptan, kozmetik ve diğer oyun içi öğeler sanal öğelerdir. Bunlar:
nakit değeri yoktur; oyun dışında para, mal veya hizmetle değiştirilemez;
oyun içinde kullanım için sınırlı bir lisanstır, sahip olduğunuz bir mülk değildir;
devredilemez, satılamaz, takas edilemez;
güncellemelerle değiştirilebilir, yeniden dengelenebilir veya kaldırılabilir (örneğin bir kaptan kaldırılırsa size telafi verebiliriz);
ilerleme yalnızca cihazınızda saklandığı için oyunu sildiğinizde veya verilerini temizlediğinizde kaybolur; yalnızca mağaza üzerinden satın alımları geri yükleyebilirsiniz (6. bölüm).
İnci fiyatları oyunda gösterilir. Kaptan Sandıkları gibi rastgele sonuç veren öğelerin düşme oranları Oranlar ve Destek sayfasında yer alır. Belçika ve Brezilya'da Kaptan Sandıkları yalnızca oynayarak kazandığınız incilerle açılabilir, satın alınmış incilerle açılamaz.
Gerçek para ile yapılan satın alımlar Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından, geçerliyse vergiler dahil, para biriminizde gösterilen fiyattan faturalanır. İnci paketleri tüketilebilirdir: kullanıldığında biter. Bazı satın alımlar ("Reklamları Kaldır", "x2 Gelir", "Otomatik Hediyeler", "Başlangıç Sandığı" gibi) tek seferliktir ve geri yüklenebilir. Geri yüklemede Başlangıç Sandığı'ndaki tek seferlik değer (inci ve gelir artışı) tekrar verilmez; yalnızca kaptan verilir.
Hemen teslim edilen dijital içerik satın alarak teslimatın hemen başlamasını kabul edersiniz ve yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde bu içerik için cayma hakkından vazgeçmiş olursunuz.
Satın alma yaptığınız Apple Kimliği veya Google hesabıyla Mağaza'daki "Satın alımları geri yükle" seçeneğini kullanın. Haklar mağaza hesabınıza bağlıdır, bize değil. Oyun ilerlemesini geri yükleyemeyiz (4. bölüme bakın).
VIP, otomatik yenilenen haftalık bir aboneliktir (fiyat mağazanızda haftalık olarak gösterilir).
Ücretsiz deneme: uygun yeni aboneler 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme alır. Uygun olup olmadığınızı mağaza gösterir. Deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür.
Otomatik yenileme: ödeme, onayda (veya deneme sonunda) Apple Kimliğinizden veya Google hesabınızdan alınır. Dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz abonelik her hafta yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
Yönetim ve iptal: iOS: Ayarlar > adınız > Abonelikler. Android: Google Play > Profil > Ödemeler ve abonelikler > Abonelikler. Oyunu silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Mağazanın bu kuralı uyguladığı yerlerde, ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında kaybolur.
Ödemeleri biz işlemediğimizden iadeler mağaza tarafından yapılır: Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) veya Google Play (support.google.com/googleplay). Yasal tüketici haklarınız saklıdır. Bize yazarsanız talebinizde memnuniyetle yardımcı oluruz.
13 yaş ve üzeri oyunculara reklam gösterilebilir. Ödüllü videolar isteğe bağlıdır. "Reklamları Kaldır" satın alımı geçiş ve afiş reklamlarını kaldırır. Üçüncü tarafların reklam içeriğinden sorumlu değiliz, ancak sorunları bize bildirebilirsiniz.
Oyunu veya herhangi bir özelliği (etkinlikler, ligler, mağaza öğeleri dahil) istediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir, duraklatabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Bazı özellikler internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Liglerdeki rakipler simüle edilmiş ekipler içerebilir.
Oyun "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hatasız veya kesintisiz çalışacağına dair garanti vermeyiz; dolaylı veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan ya da kaybolan sanal öğelerden sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir şey, yasa gereği sınırlandırılamayacak sorumluluğu veya zorunlu tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
Oyunu silerek istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ihlal ederseniz lisansınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; ancak tüketiciyseniz yerleşim yerinizdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine veya mahkemelere de başvurabilirsiniz ve ülkenizin zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları geçerli kalır. AB'deki tüketiciler, mevcut olduğunda AB çevrimiçi uyuşmazlık çözümü seçeneklerini de kullanabilir.

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki tarih son sürümü gösterir. Değişiklikten sonra oynamaya devam ederseniz kabul etmiş sayılırsınız; önemli değişiklikleri önceden duyururuz.
