A Captain Chest costs 120 pearls and always gives one captain card. Each chest gives one of these rarities:
Rarity — Chance per chest
Common — 60%
Rare — 28%
Epic — 10%
Legendary — 2%
Inside a rarity every captain has the same chance. The captains are:
Common: Bix, Tuck, Pebble, Sandy
Rare: Kai, Luna, Coco
Epic: Mo, Nori, Reed
Legendary: Pip, Marina
If you already own the captain, you get shards instead (Common 4, Rare 6, Epic 8, Legendary 10) that level the captain up.
If six chests in a row give Common or Rare, the seventh chest is guaranteed to be Epic or Legendary. In that guaranteed chest, Epic is about 83% and Legendary about 17% (the same proportion as the normal rates, 10 to 2). Getting an Epic or Legendary at any time resets the counter. The game shows how many opens are left before the guarantee.
The Tide Pass belongs to a timed event. It has a free track and a premium track.
Event points move you up tiers. Tier k to k+1 needs 50 + 3k points; tier 30 is the top.
The free track gives coins, pearls, shards and a chest at tier 30 (smaller pearl rewards at tiers 10 and 20).
The premium pass is a one-time purchase for that event round (about USD 4.99; local price in your store). It unlocks the premium rewards, including past tiers, such as a cosmetic skin, an Epic captain (Reed), chests and income boosts. Rewards are not random: you see them before you buy.
Buying the pass does not change event points or league rankings. Pearls cannot buy event points.
Belgium (BE) and Brazil (BR): paid random items are not offered. Captain Chests can be opened only with pearls earned in play, not with purchased pearls. Instead, you can buy a chosen captain directly with pearls.
Everywhere else, odds are shown in the game and on this page, and we do not change them without updating this page.
All other pearl spending (time warps, boosts, shard packs, cosmetics) gives a fixed, visible result. Nothing you can buy affects league ranking.
Email ataklistore@gmail.com. Please include your device model, OS version, game version and a short description (a screenshot helps). We reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days.
The game has no accounts and stores your progress on your device, so uninstalling deletes it. To ask us to delete any data we or our services hold about you, email ataklistore@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion". We confirm, delete what we can and forward the request to our service providers. See the Privacy Policy for more.
How do I restore my purchases? Shop, "Restore purchases", using the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Non-consumable items and VIP return. Pearl packs already used do not return. Starter Crate restore returns only the captain.
I lost my progress. Progress is saved only on your device. Uninstalling, clearing app data or a lost phone removes it, and we cannot recover it. Some phone backups (iCloud, Android backup) may restore it when you install on the same account. If your purchases are missing, use Restore purchases.
Why am I seeing ads? Players 13 and over may see rewarded videos (optional, they give rewards) and, after the first day, occasional interstitials. "Remove Ads" removes interstitials and banners; VIP subscribers do not see them. Under-13 players see no ads.
Can I change my consent or tracking choice? Yes. Settings, "Privacy choices" (EEA, UK, Switzerland), or iOS Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking.
How do I cancel VIP? In your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the game does not cancel it.
How do I get a refund? Ask Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. We cannot refund directly.
Does the game work offline? Yes, mostly. You earn offline up to the offline limit (8 hours, 12 hours for VIP).

İlerlememi kaybettim. İlerleme yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Oyunu silmek, uygulama verisini temizlemek veya telefonu kaybetmek onu siler ve biz kurtaramayız. Bazı telefon yedekleri (iCloud, Android yedeği) aynı hesapla kurulumda geri getirebilir. Satın alımlarınız eksikse "Satın alımları geri yükle"yi kullanın.
Neden reklam görüyorum? 13 yaş ve üzeri oyuncular ödüllü videolar (isteğe bağlı, ödül verir) ve ilk günden sonra ara sıra geçiş reklamları görebilir. "Reklamları Kaldır" geçiş ve afiş reklamlarını kaldırır; VIP aboneleri bunları görmez. 13 yaş altı oyuncular reklam görmez.
Onay veya izleme tercihimi değiştirebilir miyim? Evet. Ayarlar > "Gizlilik seçenekleri" (AEA, Birleşik Krallık, İsviçre) veya iOS Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve Güvenlik > İzleme.
VIP'i nasıl iptal ederim? App Store veya Google Play aboneliklerinizden. Oyunu silmek iptal etmez.
Nasıl iade alırım? Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) veya Google Play'den isteyin. Doğrudan iade yapamayız.
