About how we got started.
The Idea
DeepARC Research Group was born after many brainstorming sessions of their founding members.
The Establishment
DeepARC Research Group establishes its rules and regulations of operation.
The Kick-off
DeepARC Research is recognized as a formal Research Group in Yachay Tech University.
Now
The DeepARC Research squad have submitted 20+ articles to international conferences and journals.
DeepARC Research in collaboration with Universidad de las Américas (UDLA), and Universidad Técnica del Norte (UTN) have submitted a research proposal on image classification of roses to CEPRA XVI from CEDIA.
A DeepARC Research article is accepted in TICEC2021 Conference (indexed in SCOUPS).
NVIDIA Corporation grants DeepARC Research with the "Jetson Nano 2GB Developer Kit Grant Program" to conduct research on artificial intelligence and computer vision.
A DeepARC Research paper was selected for the Divulga Ciencia 2021 award. CEDIA funds the article processing charges of the paper.
DeepARC Research is invited to present a tutorial lecture on Transfer Learning at "Scientific Computing Group Summer School 2021".
CEDIA grants DeepARC Research with access to its high-performance computing node. DeepARC Research qualified for access to the NVIDA clusters reserved just for research.
DeepARC Research is co-organizing the webinar "2nd Mobile Computer Vision Exhibition" an event from the IEEE Computer Society Yachay Tech.
DeepARC Research is invited to present a talk on the "Research Groups Seminar" at Yachay Tech.
DeepARC Research is invited to be part of the Technical Committee of the "Ecuadorian Congress of Young Researchers (CEJI21)".
A DeepARC Research paper was selected for the Divulga Ciencia 2022 award. CEDIA funds the article processing charges of the paper.
DeepARC Research wins the Best Paper in the TICEC22 Conference.
DeepARC Research is invited as an academic research group to be part of the UNESCO's "Ecuadorian Network of Artificial Intelligence" in 2023.
