I am an Assistant Professor in Operations Management at BITSOM (BITS Pilani, Mumbai Campus). I have completed my PhD in Operations and Technology Management from University College London.

My research focuses on people-centric operations. I study how emerging technologies like AI, digital platforms, and digital identity systems can improve efficiency and productivity. Within this area, I am particularly interested in settings where human-technology interactions shape businesses and performance. My work applies econometrics and machine learning methods to understand the interaction between humans, technology and operational processes.   

I am currently collaborating with the National Health Service in England to understand the use and implications of an algorithm-driven Clinical Decision Support Tool on the disposition of tele-triage services.
