What to include for faster help
A short, specific email always gets a quicker response. If reporting a problem, please include:

Common reasons people write in
a) Result-accuracy reports
If a result shown in the app doesn't match the official Nagaland State Lotteries gazette, tell us the date + slot. We will cross-check against the official PDF and correct the data within hours. A "Refresh" push goes out to all users once the correction is in place.
b) "I didn't receive a notification"
First, check that Result Alerts are turned ON: open the app β tap the hamburger menu (top-left) β Notifications. Also verify that the system notification permission is granted: Android Settings β Apps β Dear Sambad β Notifications β On. If both are correct and you still don't get pushes, email us your phone model and Android version and we will investigate.
c) "My saved ticket didn't trigger a win alert"
Win alerts fire only when the underlying push notification is delivered. Confirm Result Alerts are on (above). Also double-check that the saved ticket number matches the printed ticket exactly β including the series prefix (e.g. "32A 84927" vs "84927" are different matches).
d) Privacy & data-deletion requests
To request deletion of any technical identifier associated with your device, or to ask a privacy-related question, email us with the subject line "Privacy request". Because we do not collect personally-identifying data, most requests resolve within one business day. See our full Privacy Policy for the rights you are entitled to under GDPR, CCPA, and Indian data-protection norms.
e) Feature suggestions
We have a roadmap shaped by user feedback. If there's something you wish the app did, tell us β with your reasoning if possible. We can't promise to build everything, but every idea is reviewed.
f) Stop receiving notifications without uninstalling
Drawer β Notifications β toggle "Result alerts" off. The app will silently unsubscribe from FCM topics; no more pushes until you turn it back on.

Responsible disclosure (security)
If you discover a security issue β a way to access another user's data, bypass a paywall, leak a private API key, or anything similar β please report it privately to fewupdates.media@gmail.com with the subject line "Security".
Do NOT publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and patch (typically 30 days from the date you report it). We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and credit you in the patch notes if you wish.
We do not run a paid bug bounty program at this time, but a public thank-you in the patch notes is yours for the asking.
