DEEN HAVEN — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the basic terms under which you may use the DEEN HAVEN — Islamic Library mobile application.
DEEN HAVEN — Islamic Library is a mobile application providing Qur'an text and audio, Prayer Times, a Qibla compass, and a digital Tasbih counter.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By installing or using DEEN HAVEN, you agree to use the application in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable laws.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.
DEEN HAVEN is intended as a general Islamic reference and utility application.
You may use the application's Qur'an, Prayer Times, Qibla, and Tasbih features for personal and lawful purposes.
4. Qur'an Text and Religious Content
DEEN HAVEN provides Qur'an text, translations, and audio from the sources and services described within the application and its Privacy Policy.
Translations and recitations may be subject to the rights of their respective authors, translators, reciters, publishers, or other rights holders.
Users should respect the rights and attribution requirements associated with such content.
5. Prayer Times and Qibla
Prayer Times are calculated using astronomical calculation methods and the settings selected in the application.
Qibla direction is calculated using geographic location and compass information when available.
Prayer Times and Qibla results are provided as informational tools and may vary depending on location, calculation method, device information, and other conditions.
For religious practice, users may wish to verify important matters with a trusted qualified local scholar or authority.
Location access is optional.
If you choose to use GPS-based features, the application may access your device location as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may instead select a city manually where available.
DEEN HAVEN may use third-party services to provide certain content, audio, location lookup, font delivery, and advertising services, including Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).
Your use of the application may therefore involve communication with these services as described in the Privacy Policy.
Those third-party services are operated independently and may have their own terms and policies.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of DEEN HAVEN when necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical, or service reasons.
Features and third-party services may occasionally be unavailable or changed.
9. Accuracy and Disclaimer
We aim to provide accurate and useful information, but DEEN HAVEN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that every calculation, third-party service, translation, audio stream, or other content will always be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
DEEN HAVEN should not be treated as a substitute for qualified religious, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
10. Intellectual Property
The DEEN HAVEN application, its original software, design, branding, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or otherwise misuse the application's original software or proprietary materials except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.
You agree not to use DEEN HAVEN to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with the normal operation or security of the application
Attempt unauthorized access to the application's systems or services
Misuse, abuse, or disrupt third-party services
Redistribute or commercially exploit proprietary application materials without permission
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DEEN HAVEN and its developer will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from reliance on the application, interruptions in service, third-party services, device limitations, or inaccurate or unavailable information.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use when the application, services, or applicable requirements change.
