Can I change my mobile number?
No. Because, your mobile number is your identity. All the transaction records that you feed into the app are marked against your mobile number. In future versions we may allow you to change mobile number; provided that you have given your email address to DDN.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. When all of your connections are settled, you will be able to delete your account. You will be allowed to export your transaction data and DDN will delete its copy. The deletion process will not go through if you have any connection unsettled.
What if I forget my PIN?
In case you have forgotten your PIN; you can click on the “Forgot PIN” option and it will send you a new OTP and reset the PIN. Alternatively, you can delete and reinstall the app.
What if I lose my phone? Will I lose all of my records?
If you lose your phone and manage to get a new SIM with the same number with which you had opened the DDN account, you will see all the transactions that you did while using the lost phone.
Do you sell customer data to third parties?
No. We do not share or sell any of your data with any third-party.
How do I stop lending from a specific connection?
You can open the connection and click on the pause button.
How do I stop lending to all of my connections, temporarily?
You can go to the settings page of the DDN app and click on “Pause all Connections” button. You can toggle the same button to unpause/ resume all connections.
Is there a limit on how much I can borrow or lend?
Yes. The default limit to borrow/lend is set to Rs. 10,000.
Is there a limit on how many connections I can establish?
No, unless we find a discrepancy aimed to game the system.
Which method is recommended to establish a new connection?
The most preferred way to pair a connection is by using the QR code. The OTP method to pair a connection should be used to establish a connection with DDN users whom you know and trust and are physically away from you.
Can I disable the app lock?
Yes. The option to disable/enable the app lock is available in the Settings page.

Will you inform the users when changes to DDN Privacy Policy and/or Terms and Conditions are made?
Yes. Every time there is a justifiable need to change the way we process your data and the terms under which you use our platform, we will explain the rationale to the users and give them an option to either skip the newly introduced functionality or delete the account.
Do you have any FUP (Fair Usage Policy)?
Yes. We are providing DDN services pro bono and we incur costs to run these services. When we find a user’s behaviour is consuming more of our resources, we reserve the right to freeze such users’ accounts.
