I am 22 years old and have created DD as a way to share my passion. I love to coach, teach, and train. I have been coaching since 2020 and am now branching out to start coaching on my own.

Currently I am a 5th year Concurrent Education student at Brock University. I have my undergrad in Honours Physical Education and am now a teacher candidate working towards becoming an Intermediate Senior Physical Education and General  Science teacher.

Outside of School I am a Powerlifter registered with the Canadian Powerlifting Association. I compete in the 83kg weight class and have a passion for bettering myself. I have aspirations to one day compete for Canada in the International Powerlifting Federation but for the time being I am working to improve myself each day. 

My goal is to help others improve their physical fitness and literacy.
