Welcome to DecorPal, an AI-powered interior design app offered by Ivy Lane Studios LLC. By accessing or using DecorPal, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

DecorPal allows users to upload images of their rooms to generate AI-powered interior design mockups. By using the app, you agree not to:

• Upload or share content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of the images and other content you upload to the app. By uploading, you grant Ivy Lane Studios LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display this content to deliver the requested design mockups.

Users may use generated mockups for personal or commercial use.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

DecorPal offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features, including:

• Unlimited design mockups
  
  

• Higher-resolution outputs
  
  

• Removal of watermarks
  
  

Pricing, free trial availability, and billing cycles are presented clearly within the app at the time of subscription. Subscription fees are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID account.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple device’s Settings > Subscriptions.

Refunds

All payments are processed through Apple, and any refund requests must be submitted via Apple Support.

4. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated mockups and app features are the intellectual property of Ivy Lane Studios LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the app or its services outside the intended use without our permission.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to DecorPal at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivy Lane Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
