By accessing the App, provided by Decoder Technologies (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.
Use the App to process images that violate third-party rights (Copyright) or contain harmful content.
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload.
License to Process: By uploading a photo, you grant us a temporary, technical license to process the image through our AI models to provide the enhancement service.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and ensure you have the right to process those images.
Premium features are available via subscriptions managed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. All financial transactions and refund requests are handled by the respective App Stores according to their policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Store account settings.

All App branding, logos, UI design, and AI algorithms are the exclusive property of Decoder Technologies (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
The App and its AI services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Decoder Technologies shall not be liable for any loss of data, unexpected AI results, or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Islamabad.
