Mrugsen Nagsen Gopnarayan (Alumni)

Mrugsen was a Research Assistant in the Decision Lab from September 2021 to February 2023. He studied the effects of anxiety and depression on our decision-making ability in the context of gambling. It involved behavioural measures coupled with EEG and pupil data to better understand how our brain is affected by these mental health conditions. He is currently a doctoral student at the University of Hamburg, and is working on how artificial neural networks can develop human-like decision making.
